TheVosShop accepts order cancellation within 24 hours after payment but before items are shipped.
You are able to submit a cancellation request from the order list. TheVosShop will agree or refuse your request according to the state of your order. If the order is canceled, you will get the refund to your credit card.

Quality issues do not include thread problems.
